Quality Control Process
Before shipment, we confirm the exact watch request, inspect visible finishing, prepare QC proof when the order path requires it, and move to dispatch only after the approval step is clear.


Order path
Six checkpoints before a watch leaves our desk.
The goal is simple: confirm the requested model, catch visible issues early, keep approval in one support thread, and avoid shipping before the buyer has a clear chance to review the prepared piece.
Model locked
Product URL, size, dial, strap or bracelet, and quality tier are confirmed first.
Version matched
Factory, movement notes, material expectations, and budget range are checked.
Visible inspection
Dial, bezel, case, bracelet, clasp, crystal, and finishing are reviewed.
QC proof
Photos or video are prepared when the order path requires buyer confirmation.
Buyer approval
You approve, ask for an extra angle, or point to the exact issue before dispatch.
Tracking follows
Packing starts after approval; tracking usually needs 24-72 hours to show movement.

QC is most useful when it focuses on visible, practical checks. The right questions are specific: dial alignment, bezel shape, bracelet fit, crystal clarity, clasp condition, and whether the prepared watch matches the chosen product.
Reference and version
We compare the requested model, color, bracelet or strap, and tier against the order conversation before final approval.
Case, bezel, crystal
Visible scratches, dust, edge finishing, bezel alignment, crystal clarity, and case shape are checked before packing.
Markers and print
Dial text, logo position, date window, hand alignment, lume plots, and obvious symmetry issues are reviewed in the QC proof.
Running condition
We check that the watch runs before shipping. Timing proof can be discussed when it is available for the model.
Visual evidence
QC proof should feel concrete, not generic.
For models that require buyer confirmation, the proof is tied to the actual order conversation. It is used to approve the prepared watch or request one precise extra check before shipment.

After QC
Packing and tracking happen after approval.
Once the QC step is clear, the watch is packed for the selected shipping route. Tracking can be slow at first; it often needs 24-72 hours before useful movement appears in the carrier system.

How long does QC normally take?
When the watch is ready in stock, QC is normally prepared in 1-3 business days after payment verification. Special sourcing, rare versions, or busy volume can take longer.
Can I ask for another angle?
Yes. Ask for the exact angle or concern before approval, such as date window, crown side, clasp, bracelet fit, dial close-up, or case side.
What if I see a problem?
Point to the specific detail before approval. If the concern is valid and another piece or version is available, we can discuss the next option before dispatch.
Does QC mean waterproof testing?
No. QC focuses on visible condition, model match, running condition, and dispatch readiness. Avoid water exposure unless a specific water test has been discussed before shipping.
