Quality Control Process

Mirck Clone uses a pre-shipping quality control workflow to reduce uncertainty before a watch is dispatched. The goal is simple: confirm the model, inspect visible details, document the watch when needed, and keep the buyer support thread clear.

QC workflow

  • 1. Confirm the model: use the product URL, collection page or exact model name so the support team understands the watch you want.
  • 2. Match the version: discuss quality tier, movement notes, materials, color, bracelet, strap and budget before payment details are finalized.
  • 3. Inspect visible details: dial printing, markers, hands, bezel, case shape, crown, bracelet, clasp, crystal and overall finishing are checked before dispatch.
  • 4. Prepare QC proof when needed: QC photos or video can show the actual watch and the visible details buyers normally want to verify.
  • 5. Confirm dispatch: after the watch clears pre-shipping checks, the order moves to packing and tracked shipment.

What to check in QC photos

  • Dial color, logo placement, marker alignment and date window visibility.
  • Bezel shape, insert color, engraving, crown guards and case finishing.
  • Bracelet fit, clasp detail, end links and strap condition.
  • Crystal clarity, visible scratches, dust, fingerprints or obvious assembly issues.
  • Overall match between the product page, requested version and the watch being shipped.

QC questions

Do all orders need QC photos?

Not every simple request needs the same level of QC documentation, but buyers can ask support what confirmation is available for the specific model and order path.

What is the fastest way to avoid confusion?

Use one product URL, one WhatsApp thread and clear version expectations before payment.

Can QC replace buyer research?

No. QC confirms the shipped watch details; buyers should still compare models, sizes and quality tiers before choosing.

What happens after QC approval?

The watch is packed, shipped through the available route, and tracking is shared through the support thread.
