FAQ

Use this page before ordering. It explains payment, QC, warranty, shipping, tracking, box options, and water resistance in the same order a real Mirck Clone order moves.


Payment Methods

  1. Bank transfer / Wise: available for many countries after support confirms receiver details, amount, currency, and payment note.
  2. Western Union / MoneyGram: available for selected routes. The payout currency and amount must match the order bill exactly.
  3. Zelle / Venmo: available for some US buyers depending on current receiving limits.
  4. USDT / BTC: often the fastest route when buyer and support both confirm the network and final amount.

PayPal is not available for new Mirck Clone orders at this time. Do not use old payment details or a third-party contact. We confirm the active payment route in the same WhatsApp or email thread before you send funds.

Full payment is verified before QC is prepared for most orders. After payment, send the receipt or transaction screenshot in the same support thread so we can match it to your order.


QC Process

After payment is verified, QC is normally prepared in 1-3 business days when the watch is ready in stock. Special sourcing, busy order volume, or rare versions can take 3-5 business days. We send actual order QC photos or video before shipping.

  1. We check the exterior for visible scratches, marks, dust, dial defects, bezel alignment, case finish, bracelet or strap fit, clasp condition, and crystal clarity.
  2. We check whether the watch is running correctly. For models where timing proof is available, we can discuss timegrapher or running-check proof before dispatch.
  3. For movements that need extra confidence, we may leave the watch running before shipment to reduce the risk of sending a dead watch.
  4. We send QC pictures or video for the actual watch when available, not only catalog photos.
  5. You review the QC and approve it, or ask for a specific extra angle or issue check before shipment.
  6. We ship only after QC approval and address confirmation.

If you are not happy with QC, point to the exact detail before approval. If the concern is valid and another piece or version is available, we can discuss a swap before dispatch.


Warranty

  1. We check that the watch is in acceptable working and visual condition before shipping.
  2. If the watch arrives dead or seriously damaged, send a clear video and photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can confirm the issue.
  3. Confirmed movement issues under normal use are covered for 1 year. The practical solution can be repair support, parts, adjustment guidance, exchange support, or another agreed solution based on evidence.
  4. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the route or held beyond recovery, we review reshipment or refund handling based on carrier and route evidence.
  5. Water damage, impact damage, unauthorized repair, incorrect date setting, magnetic damage, heavy wear, and wrong-address delivery problems are not covered.

Shipping Methods

  1. Available shipping methods can include Yanwen, SF Express, EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another stable route depending on destination and current logistics performance.
  2. We try to use stable routes first. Express routes such as FedEx or UPS may require extra cost depending on country and order.
  3. Most shipments arrive in 7-15 business days after dispatch. Some direct or triangular routes can take around 10-20 business days, and individual countries can take longer.
  4. Please provide the full receiver name, street address, city, state or province, postal code, country, and telephone number.

Warning!!!

Please double-check the shipping address before dispatch. Street, city, state or province, postal code, country, receiver name, and phone number must be correct. If delivery fails because the address is wrong or incomplete, normal warranty or reshipment handling may not apply.


Track The Shipping

  1. Most tracking numbers need 2-3 days to show useful movement after dispatch. Some triangular routes need a few extra days before the final carrier scan appears.
  2. If tracking still has no update after 5 days, contact support with your order number and tracking number. We will check with the route.
  3. You can check tracking on the Mirck Clone tracking page, 17TRACK, or the carrier website once the number becomes active.

Box and Papers

Usually the watch is shipped without box and papers unless packaging is confirmed before payment. Different box grades can have different prices and availability. If this is a gift or presentation order, tell support before payment.

Water Resistance

Do not swim, shower, use a sauna, or press the crown or pushers around water unless the watch has been pressure-tested locally for that use. We cannot be responsible for water damage because actual depth, crown position, and usage conditions cannot be verified after delivery.

Send the product link, screenshot, SKU, reference number, and delivery country to WhatsApp. We will confirm stock, version, payment route, QC timing, shipping route, and final quote before payment.
