Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the steps below to track your package.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How to Track

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation with your tracking number (sent within 1-3 business days).
  2. Visit the carrier website (DHL, FedEx, EMS, or local postal service) and enter your tracking number.
  3. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
  4. Contact us if no tracking received after 5 business days.
