About Our Watches
What grade are your watches?
All our timepieces are top-tier Super Clone (1:1) quality — the highest grade available. We source directly from the most reputable factories. Every watch undergoes strict quality control including movement testing, case finishing, and dial alignment checks before shipment.
How close are they to the genuine articles?
Our Super Clone pieces are virtually identical in appearance and weight. We use 904L stainless steel (same as Rolex), sapphire crystal glass, and high-grade movements. Side-by-side comparisons consistently show 95%+ accuracy to the originals.

Do the watches have real sapphire crystal?
Yes. All watches feature genuine sapphire crystal with AR anti-reflective coating. Sapphire has a Mohs hardness of 9, making it highly scratch-resistant.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible if the order has been processed. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?

- Europe: 10-15 business days
- Australia / Canada: 10-15 business days

Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All packages ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no reference to luxury watches. Declared value on customs forms is kept minimal, and items are described as accessories or gifts.
What if my package is seized by customs?
In the rare event of customs seizure (under 3% of shipments), we offer a one-time free re-shipment at no extra cost. We use tested shipping routes to minimize this risk.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or significantly misrepresented items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. See our Return Policy for details.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All watches include a 12-month movement warranty. If your watch stops working due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
